A British man, along with five others, has been charged with carrying out 56 sexual offences against his now ex-wife over a 13-year period.

The alleged offences took place between 2010 and 2023.

The men were named by police as Norman Macksoni, 47, who has been charged with one count of rape and possession of extreme images; Dean Hamilton, also 47, who is facing one count of rape and sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual touching; 31-year-old Conner Sanderson Doyle, who has been charged with sexual assault by penetration and sexual touching; Richard Wilkins, 61, who faces one count of rape and sexual touching and Mohammed Hassan, 37, who has been charged with sexual touching.

All six men are due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court in southwest England on Tuesday.

Geoff Smith, detective superintendent for Wiltshire police, described the charges as a “significant update” in a “complex and extensive investigation.”

He added that Joanne Young was being supported by specially trained officers and made the decision to waive her automatic legal right to anonymity “following multiple discussions with officers and support services.”

James Foster, a Crown Prosecution Service specialist prosecutor, added that the CPS had authorized the charges against the six men “following a police investigation into alleged serious sexual offences against Joanne Young over a period of 13 years.”

“Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to charge and that it is in the public interest to pursue criminal proceedings,” he said in a statement.

“We have worked closely with Wiltshire Police as they carried out their investigation.”

1. Luật chơi bài Liêng cơ bản

Cách chơi bài liêng là sử dụng bộ bài Tây tiêu chuẩn 52 lá. Một ván bài thường có từ 2 đến 6 người chơi (một số nơi cho phép lên đến 8-10 người).

Quy định đặt tiền cược
Trước khi bắt đầu, mọi người chơi phải bỏ ra một số tiền bằng nhau, gọi là tiền sàn (tiền gà) để tạo thành hũ tiền chung ở giữa bàn.

Cách chia bài
Mỗi người chơi được chia 3 lá bài. Các lá bài này được giữ kín, không cho đối thủ biết.

2. Thứ tự các bộ bài trong Liêng (Từ cao xuống thấp)
Để thắng trong bài Liêng, bạn cần nắm rõ giá trị của các bộ bài sau:

Sáp: 3 lá bài có cùng con số (Ví dụ: 3 lá 8). Sáp Át (A) là lớn nhất.

Liêng: 3 lá bài có số liên tiếp nhau (Ví dụ: 4-5-6). Liêng nhỏ nhất là A-2-3, lớn nhất là Q-K-A. (Lưu ý: Một số nơi không tính bộ K-A-2 là Liêng).

Ảnh (Đĩ): 3 lá bài đều là các quân hình người (J, Q, K). Nếu hai người cùng có Ảnh thì hòa, hoặc xét đến chất.

Điểm: Nếu không rơi vào các trường hợp trên, bạn cộng điểm 3 lá bài lại.

Các lá 2-9: Tính điểm theo số trên lá bài.

Lá A: 1 điểm.

Lá 10, J, Q, K: 0 điểm.

Cách tính: Tổng điểm chỉ lấy chữ số hàng đơn vị (Ví dụ: 8+9+4 = 21 -> 1 điểm). 9 điểm là cao nhất.

3. Các hành động trong một ván Liêng
Sau khi xem bài, người chơi sẽ tiến hành đặt cược theo chiều kim đồng hồ. Bạn có các lựa chọn sau:

Úp bài: Nếu thấy bài quá xấu, bạn bỏ bài và chấp nhận mất tiền sàn ban đầu.

Theo: Đặt số tiền bằng đúng số tiền người trước đó đã tố.

Tố: Đặt số tiền cao hơn số tiền người trước đã đặt.

Tố tất (All-in): Đặt toàn bộ số tiền mình đang có nếu cảm thấy bài mình cực mạnh.

Lưu ý: Ván bài sẽ kết thúc khi không có ai tố thêm, hoặc chỉ còn một người không úp bài.

4. Bí quyết chơi Liêng luôn thắng cho người mới
Chơi Liêng không chỉ dựa vào bài cao mà còn dựa vào "đòn tâm lý".

Chiến thuật "Cù nhây" (Bluffing): Đôi khi bài bạn rất thấp (1, 2 điểm) nhưng bạn vẫn tự tin Tố mạnh để đối thủ sợ mà Úp bài. Tuy nhiên, đừng quá lạm dụng nếu gặp người chơi chắc tay.

Biết dừng đúng lúc: Đừng cố theo đến cùng nếu bài quá thấp và đối thủ có biểu hiện đang sở hữu bài mạnh.

Quan sát phong cách đối thủ: Hãy để ý xem ai là người hay tố láo, ai là người chỉ tố khi có bài thực sự mạnh để đưa ra quyết định chính xác.

Giữ tâm lý bình tĩnh: Đừng để nét mặt hay hành động tiết lộ độ mạnh yếu của bài bạn.
